This collection of exceptional wines is dedicated to Paul Thiry, Baron d´Holbach. Who was not only an important German-French philosopher and precursor of the French Revolution. Baron d´Holbach was also a gourmet, a connoisseur in fine wines and an outstanding host. The weekly meetings of important intellectuals in his private mansion in Paris became well known as the "Salon d´Holbach".
